In my extensive set of skills, I have the templates and processes that you can implement within your business to transform and achieve your online goals. Being a freelancer in graphic design and start-up operations for 14+ years, I've experienced working across many service based businesses, although lately mostly in the Health and Wellness space. Prior to this, I was working in IT for multinationals for 15 years in the areas of; Software configuration, Project Management, and implementing & streamlining business processes.
Note: Epigenetics is the study of how your behaviours and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work. Unlike genetic changes, epigenetic changes are reversible and do not change your DNA sequence, but they can change how your body reads a DNA sequence
